(BA&FF JV) DATABASE FOR COMMUNITY WORK PROGRAMME (CWP) IN THE NORTH WEST
The Community Work Programme (CWP) is a community driven government programme based in
the Department of Corporative Governance and Traditional Affairs (CoGTA). It aims to strengthen
community development approaches and the economic ‘agency’ of people in marginalised economic
areas, enhancing dignity and promoting social and economic inclusions. BA&FF JV is contracted by
CoGTA to implement the programme in the North West Province. In order to comply with the
Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act and to ensure a competitive procurement process,
BA&FF JV invites prospective suppliers of the goods and services, as indicated below, to apply for a
listing on BA&FF JV prospective supplier database.
- Personal Protective Equipment (Conti Suits, Safety boots, Gloves, Dust Musk etc.)
- General Tools and Materials (Wheel barrows, Spades, Rakes, Detergents, First Aid
Kid etc.)
- Agricultural Inputs (Seeds and seedlings etc.)
- Office Equipment (Laptops, Printers, Office Desks, Office Chairs etc.)
- Training Courses (Both Accredited and Non-Accredited service providers) – Construction, Home Based Care, Agriculture, Business, ECD etc.
